Return Policy

We stand behind our product line and customer experience with confidence.  If you are unhappy with the performance and/or quality of your purchase, for any reason, please do not hesitate to come back to the shop.  We will gladly work together to re-fit and/or accommodate you.

Online purchases: Our approach remains consistent with the above, however, please note that while shipping is free for all online purchases, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Final Sale Items: Gift cards, clearance items, socks, and nutrition products are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

Refund Policy

Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days upon receipt and inspection of the return. 

Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect.

Refund Exceptions: If an item does not meet return criteria, store credit or an exchange may be offered instead of a refund.

Exchanges: If you need a different size or style, we are happy to process an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability and return conditions.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
